Fortnite Security Flaw Allowed Hackers to Take Over Players’ Accounts

Fortnite says that it immediately informed its developer, Epic Games. Epic Games says it fixed the security holes earlier this month. Hackers were able to make game purchases using hacked players’ credit cards. They were also able to pose as players in chats that are part of the game. The did so by exploiting flaws in Epic’s web infrastructure. Hackers were able to intercept authentic login “tokens” of users. Epics says they encourage players to “protect their accounts by not re-using passwords and using strong passwords.” They also encourage players not to share “account information with others.”

Many artists, such as Rihanna and Jay-Z, have refused to perform in solidarity with Kaepernick. Previous reports said that the NFL QB and rapper came to a “mutual understanding.” But those close to Kaepernick, including his girlfriend Nessa, say that isn’t the case. Harden broke the record early on in the Houston Rockets’ 112-94 win over the Memphis Grizzlies by recording 36 points before halftime. It’s the third time the reigning NBA MVP has scored at least 50 points or more this season. He also joins LeBron James as the only current players who have dropped 50+ points in a game 12 times.

Mayfield, the first pick in the 2018 Draft, threw 27 touchdown passes setting a new NFL record for rookie quarterbacks. Before joining the Browns, the 44-year-old Kitchens spent 11 seasons as an offensive coach with the Arizona Cardinals.

He led the Dolphins to a playoff appearance in his first season, but Miami struggled over the next two. Gase will be expected to turn around the Jets, but most importantly help young QB Sam Darnold. His past experience working with NFL quarterbacks is said to be why the Jets chose him over other candidates, including former Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy.

The Chicago Bears’ kicker missed a 43-yard field goal attempt by hitting the upright and the crossbar in the final seconds of a 16-15 NFC wild-card playoff loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
